Shipping policy
All orders are processed and shipped from Honolulu, Hawaiʻi.
We take great care in packaging and shipping every order to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition.
1. Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
During new product launches or busy seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information.
2. Shipping Rates
We currently offer a flat shipping rate of $6.50 for all orders across Hawaiʻi — no matter where you’re located.
At checkout, you can also select (free) Local Pickup at our Honolulu salon if you’d prefer to pick up your order in person.
3. Delivery Times

Oʻahu: 1–3 business days

Neighbor Islands: 2–5 business days
Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or holidays.
4. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
HINA HAIR is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the hands of the carrier.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve it.
