At HINA HAIR, we take great pride in curating high-quality, clean, and professional haircare products. Each order is carefully inspected before it’s shipped.
Because of the nature of hair and beauty products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges once an item has been opened, used, or removed from its original packaging.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@hina.hair with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We’ll gladly review your case and make it right — whether that means a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation.
To be eligible for a return or refund review, items must:
